POLYURETHANE GYM FLOOR COATING
Depending on the usage areas it can create matt, shiny and colored surfaces. Polyurethane coating, that can be applied on indoors and outdoors, performs resistance against sun rays, cracking and all kinds of abrasion and deformations.
It is a sports floor system ending with a polyurethane-based matte paint. Its bottom layer is double component adhesive and middle layer is a pore sealant polyurethane paste application over SBR Rubber roll in 4-6-8 and 10 mm thicknesses and top layer is 2mm thick self polyurethane coating.

The surface to be applied must be smooth, not curved and be completely free from humidity.
Polyurethane Floor Coating Application
Firstly, the surface to be applied investigated and preparation is made according to the existing ground. After surface preparation cleaning is made. Surface to be applied must be smooth, solid concrete floor surface that does not have a level difference, does not blast and is polished with a power trowel. If there is a level differences and roughness on concrete floor surface, they eliminated by self leveling screed.
